Dedicated website
The Group is part of the consortium developing the Hangzhou MIXC complex in the Qianjiang New City central business district. The project will contain a major shopping mall, grade-A offices, five-star hotel and the luxury MIXC Residence. MIXC Residence units have been released for sale and leasing of the mall is also satisfactory. The complex will also have world-class Park Hyatt, a recognition for its superb quality.
Good market reception
The three luxury residential towers will rise to 160 metres, with over 600 units across more than 1.1 million square feet of gross floor area. Units in all three blocks went on sale in August and September 2008. Responses were encouraging because of high confidence in the development.
Large modern mall
The mall’s nearly 1.4 million square feet of premium retail space has attracted large international stores including FENDI, Dior, Cartier, Salvatore Ferragamo and Louis Vuitton. It also has a Thai Central department store, Din Tai Fung, Jade Garden, PAGE ONE, MUJI, OLE supermarket, icelink, food court and more, setting new standards for Hangzhou. The mall opened on April 22, 2010.
Park Hyatt at Hangzhou MIXC
The Group and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts have signed a deal for a Park Hyatt hotel in Hangzhou MIXC to offer fine hospitality. Hyatt runs over 20 Park Hyatt hotels in cities like Paris and Washington. The decision to open a Park Hyatt in Hangzhou MIXC is a vote of confidence in the project.
Most Valuable Commercial Property in China
Hangzhou MIXC was named the Most Valuable Commercial Property in China at the 2008 China Commercial Real Estate Annual Summit held in Hangzhou. The integrated complex will be a grand addition to the Hangzhou skyline.
