Sun Hung Kai Properties won top marks in a poll by the international Liquid Real Estate magazine. It was named top developer in Hong Kong and Asia for the third year running with double the score of the next company in the Asian category, and it was designated 'Best Global Developer' in the magazine poll making it the only Hong Kong developer in the world's top ten. The honours are additional recognition for SHKP from international real estate professionals.

Top in the world

Liquid Real Estate is known worldwide for its insightful analysis of major real estate and financial markets. The magazine's 2007 survey asked commercial and investment banks, investment managers, brokers, advisors and developers in 50 countries to name their preferred real estate companies in different sectors. SHKP scored top in the world with its market-leading position and excellent brand, good corporate governance, clear business strategy and high-quality buildings and service. It was also named top developer in Hong Kong and Asia for the third straight year.
