It was recently placed among the Best for Corporate Governance in Asia by the noted Corporate Governance Asia magazine for the fourth year running. Best Corporate Governance in Asia for fourth year running
The Corporate Governance Asia poll covered several thousand companies in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand. The judges looked at criteria including corporate governance track record, rights of shareholders, disclosure and transparency, investor relations, board and management discipline, corporate social responsibility, audit and remuneration committees and effective monitoring. SHKP's high standards earned it a place as one of the Best for Corporate Governance in Asia for the fourth time, showing wide recognition for its high standards.
Two-time Best Shareholder-Friendly Property Company in Asia
The Institutional Investor poll asked research analysts and portfolio managers at leading international money management firms about Asian companies' investor relations performance and named the top shareholder friendly companies in Asia. The winning companies stand out as the most open, responsive and forthcoming in their relationships with shareholders. SHKP ranked first among the Best Shareholder Friendly Companies in the property sector, as its excellent investor relations win wide acclaim and set the standard in Asia.
