Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) was again named Best Developer in Hong Kong by the leading financial magazine Euromoney, in recognition of its prudent business strategy, effective governance and long commitment of offering the finest developments. This was the fifth consecutive year that SHKP took the honours in this poll of the real estate industry.

The annual poll invited global real estate companies and investors to vote for their favourite developers. Euromoney further rated developers on criteria including financial health, developments, land bank and more. SHKP scored high overall and won the Best Developer in Hong Kong distinction for the fifth year in a row. It was also named Best Office Developer in Hong Kong in further appreciation of its excellence.
