Our Internship Program is to give university undergraduates practical work experience and the opportunity to explore the property industry. It is a 2-3-month program with focus in a specific function, such as finance and accounting, promotion and marketing or leasing.

People Requirements

We are looking for high-caliber students from Hong Kong and overseas universities who possess the following qualities :

• University undergraduates who will graduate in 2009 preferably in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Marketing / Surveying or general business subjects
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Outgoing personality with good communication skills
• Flexible and able to learn fast
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

Training & Learning Curriculum

In the program, each intern is attached to a host department. An orientation program is arranged for the interns to facilitate their easy comprehension of the corporate business scope and the operation at work. On-the-job training and feedback are offered for interns to develop their competence. At the end of the program, a feedback evaluation of their performance will be conducted.
