Our economic & property research team mainly engages in economic research and property market analysis. We have to conduct macro research and property market research in Hong Kong and Mainland, analysis on other property companies and maintain and update the Group's operational data and information.
As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to:
- Macro-economics analysis
- Hong Kong / China property market analysis
- Knowledge on property company operations
To be a member of the team, you have to:
- Possess a bachelor degree preferably in economics or statistics
- Possess good understanding in latest economic development
- Be highly analytical and data sensitive
- Be familiar with research software and tools
- Be capable to work under pressure and tight schedules

Financial Analysis & Investment
The investment analyst team facilitates the Company's corporate planning and strategic investment decision through conducting industry research and company analysis while the financial investment team is mainly responsible for managing different investment portfolios.
We have to deal externally with various investment bankers and brokerage houses while internally with different business units and operating departments for financial advices and investment projects.
As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to:
- Hong Kong / China stock market analysis
- Company and market information from annual reports, seminars and conferences
- The investment process from 'top-down' approach to 'bottom-up' approach
To be a member of the team, you have to be a degree holder preferably in accounting or finance, highly analytical, sensitive to data and very attentive to financial market and public affairs with good common sense.

Residential Leasing
"Signature Homes", the luxury residential leasing arm of SHKP, is managing the largest luxury residential portfolio in town with a mix of superior apartments, detached and semi-detached houses and serviced suites. Most developments enjoy prime locations on the Peak, Mid-Levels and Island South, with panoramic views of Victoria Harbour or the South China Sea. Signature Homes provides tenants with one-stop service and six-star living from the moment they begin the search for their new homes until they relocate. From leasing matters, repair service to personalized service, our leasing team, technical experts and customer service officers handle every aspect of tenants' needs. In particular, we have to deal with expatriates who form the majority of our clients.
Signature Homes comprises 3 interdependent sections (leasing, customer service and building service) that require full cooperation from each other to achieve a smooth and harmonious operation.
In the program, you will be exposed to:
Luxury Properties Marketing
How to master the characteristics of Signature Homes' properties and competitors' portfolio to formulate corresponding action-based marketing program
Customer Relationship Management
How to proactively build customer relationship with clients through hard and soft approaches, i.e. organizing events / activities and assurance of supreme quality properties
Leasing Matters
How to formulate leasing partnership and manage leasing matters such as Tenancy Agreements and documentation and market research on comparable properties
Being a member of the Department, you should have genuine interest in meeting people and be very sensitive to the needs of clients in both macro and micro ways. Enthusiastic persons who are proactive, task-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills would succeed in Signature Homes.

Retail Leasing
We manage the leasing and marketing activities of a wide portfolio of the Group's shopping malls located all over the Territory. Our main scope of work includes formulating marketing strategies, planning and implementing the trade mix of shopping malls, attending to tenancy-related matters, planning & organizing promotion activities and managing fitting-out and renovation strategies.
In the training program, you will be involved in:
- Understanding leasing and marketing strategies of various major malls and how to reposition / revamp a shopping centre
- Conducting market research and various analysis
- Understanding promotion strategy and implementation of shopping malls
- Renovation of shopping malls
- Coordinating management issues
- Lease administration and reviews; handling legal matters in relation to tenancy agreement
To be a member of the Department, you have to:
- Be a degree holder preferably in marketing or GP surveying
- Keep abreast of market trend (i.e. economic situation and retailers' movements etc.)
- Be market-oriented with acute business sense
- Be observant and creative (i.e. in terms of tenant-mix formulation and ambience of a shopping centre)
- Possess good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Be a good team player with proactive attitude and mindset
- Be an eager learner, always motivated and devoted to the job

Residential Sales & Marketing
We market and sell the Group's residential properties. We translate the properties' characters and communicate with our prospective customers.
We have to contact with the frontline customers and map marketing strategies with our various business partners.
In the training program, you will be involved in:
- Conducting research on customer preferences and trends (Consent Scheme)
- Formulating different marketing / promotion / advertising means by using various kinds of media
- Participating in actual on-site selling work such as show flats, property presentation and related procedures
- Handover of residential units
Being a member in the Department, you have to possess excellent business acumen, be proactive and able to exercise enterprising spirit. You must have keen drive to succeed.
