When you graduate, you are a plane getting to take off. You will need a runway, one that guides you to the blue sky and your desired destination. I have the pleasure to start my journey at the Management Trainee Program of SHKP.

I joined SHKP as a MT in the Office Leasing Department in 2007. To my surprise, as a trainee most of the time I was not asked to sit back and watch. Instead, I was encouraged to act and take responsibilities even in my starting days. Under careful guidance, I was allowed to take part in day-to-day operations and handle tasks independently; and only six months later, I was given the opportunity to be involved in the leasing work of a new office project in Cheung Sha Wan. All these were challenging yet rewarding to me; and all these could not be made possible without the company’s trust and confidence on its trainees. In retrospect, I am glad to have taken off on one of the best runways.
