| Training & Curriculum

The 12-month programme provides trainees with opportunities to gain all-round exposure. An intensive orientation for the trainees at the beginning of the programme familiarizes them with business scope and the operations of the host department. Classroom & experiential training, on-the-job coaching, cross-departmental attachment training and action learning are offered to develop management and functional competence. Throughout the programme, top managers of departments, human resources and training staff will provide guidance and coaching to trainees to facilitate their learning and help them develop their potential.
